Please submit extended abstracts (up to 12 pages in Springer LNCS format) via the online submission system (https://www.easychair.org/conferences/?conf=isbra2019). Submission implies willingness of at least one author to register and present at the symposium. The authors should choose one
of the following tracks:

Track 1:
Submit up to 12 pages in LNCS format for publication of the extended abstract in the Springer LNBI proceedings and invitation to submit a 30-50%-extended version to ISBRA'19 special issues of IEEE/ACM Transactions on Computational Biology and Bioinformatics, Jornal of Computational Biology or International Journal of Bioinformatics Research and Applications.

Track 2:
Submit up to 12 pages in LNCS format for presentation at the conference and invitation to submit a full-length paper to ISBRA'19 special issues of MDPI Genes, BMC Bioinformatics and BMC Genomics.

Submission guidelines for short abstracts

Please submit short abstracts (4-6 pages in Springer LNCS format) via the online submission system

Submission implies willingness of at least one author to register and present at the symposium. Short abstracts will be either accepted for oral presentation and published in LNCS proceedings or accepted for poster presentation and published online. Authors of selected short abstracts will be invited to submit full-length papers to special issues of IEEE Transactions on NanoBioscience, Tsinghua Science and Technology, or International Journal of Bioinformatics Research and Applications.
